Almond Oil


Almond oil is the perfect ingredient for nourishing and reviving many skin types. It has so many minerals and vitamins within that are carry beneficial factors, both internal and external. This oil has been documented and used for medicinal usage back thousands of years.  Even though almonds are a native to both the Mediterranean and Middle East, but currently the US producers the largest quantity.  There are many different types of almonds and of course they all carry the same beneficial factor, but have a difference in taste and texture when it becomes oil based.  


Almond oil is a great source of both vitamin D and E and extracted from almonds. As previously stated, there are two classes of almonds, bitter and sweet. The bitter almonds taste like its name, bitter. That is why you do not consume these because they can be extremely poisonous. When eating the bitter almonds, these can lead to different disorder, diagnoses and even death. The other almond class is called sweet almonds. Sweet almonds are sweet in taste and are the ones that can edible and okay to consume. This oil has many therapeutic properties, such as: a laxative, immune booster, muscle relaxer and etc.
